Planning and Entitlements

Planning and entitlement services offered include initial property feasibility studies, overall project master planning, and management of all other design team members. As the project grows in complexity, DVC group’s knowledge and relationship with other disciplines such as Architecture and Landscape Architecture, and specialists such as Biologists and Traffic Engineers, allows us to management the total project and produce a plan that fully addresses all opportunities and constraints of a site.

Design, Surveying and Civil Engineering

Design services include lot layout, road, storm drain, sewer and water system design as well as dry utility design (gas, electric, cable television and phone), off site coordination of utilities, easements and other.
