About DVC group

DVC group is a professional consulting group providing Planning, Project Management and Civil Engineering services catering to both the large and small real estate developer.

Currently the DVC group has offices in Sonoma and Napa Counties with several projects under contract in Sonoma, Napa, Marin and Contra Costa Counties.

Dan Hughes, a California registered Professional Engineer, has worked throughout Northern California as a Civil Engineer for over 12 years. Most recently, he was Director of Engineering for Delco Builders & Developers. Prior to Delco, Dan was the Regional Manager for the Santa Rosa office of Riechers, Spence & Associates. In addition to Civil Engineering, Dan’s strengths are Project and Construction Management.

Vin Smith, a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) has nearly 20 years of experience in planning and real estate development. The first 10 years of Vin’s career was spent working for various Municipalities in both Southern and Northern California including the cities of Napa and Petaluma. For the last nearly 10 years Vin has owned and operated Smith, Sickler & Associates, a planning, entitlement and project management company serving mostly Northern California.

Cort Munselle, a California registered Professional Engineer has worked as a Civil Engineer for the past 8 years and currently is owner & engineer for Munselle Civil Engineering. Previous work experience includes working as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager for Delco Builders and Developers in Petaluma, CA as well as Doble Thomas & Associates in Cloverdale, CA. Cort Munselle’s experience is in private residential development, subdivision entitlements and design, winery site development, commercial site design, vineyard design, reservoir design, and septic systems.
